WELCOME TO MY PRACTICE
For you:
Do you feel, no matter how hard you try, parts of your life are not as satisfying or
fulfilling as you would like? You may be going through a divorce, are anxious about
your job, aren’t getting along with colleagues or friends, or are not able to exercise
and stay on a diet. Do you feel you sabotage your efforts to make your life happier
and feel like the negative patterns in your life are inevitable? You deserve to live
the best life possible. You can begin to attain that right now.
Within a supportive therapeutic relationship, we can discover the goals and
opportunities you would like to pursue and the changes you would like to make.
We can help you do the things you want to do, such as treating yourself lovingly
and respectfully when things are hard, and not to do the things you don’t want
to do such as being angry with yourself.
As a parent:
If you are a parent, you might feel frustrated when your kids may be uncooperative,
seem unappreciative, treat you less kindly than you would hope, even when you are
doing your very best to take good care of them. As a parent, too, we can work
together to help you become the parent you want to be using the ideas of Smart Love.
It is every parent’s heart’s desire to raise successful, cooperative, respectful children
who will grow into caring adults.
Your child:
When kids are sad, anxious, unhappy, angry, have temper tantrums, low self-esteem,
isolate themselves, or have trouble regulating themselves, they can benefit from a
relationship with a psychotherapist trained in Inner Humanism. Your child might be
reacting to a change in the family such as the birth of a sibling, loss of a grandparent,
separation or divorce, or your child might be experiencing a chronic illness or disability,
or experiencing difficulty in school.
It would be my pleasure to help you as you seek to create the happiness you want.
I provide Inner Humanism psychotherapy for people of all ages, from young children
to the elderly, and offer parent counseling and school consultation. I have over twenty
years of experience, applying these psychotherapy advances to care for people with
difficulties in their moods and feelings, unsatisfying relationships, career and education
problems, and unwanted behaviors and habits.
